Our Story

After experiencing paranormal activity in her own home from 2008-2013, founder Kim Johnston sought out people in the paranormal research community to look for answers. Soon after, she was networking and forming her own group, Spirit Communications and Research, with her co-worker, Shane Busby and friend Nicole Sparks. They were fortunate enough to meet medium and investigator, Blaine Rohan, who has mentored them and taught them how to handle to some pretty tough cases. Kim has since written her first book, Haunted Shelby County, and is working on her second book, Haunted Talladega County, with co-founder Shane Busby.
